We believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the Gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe.

Jesus Christ is the Word of God incarnate, through whom everything was made and through whose life, death, and resurrection God fashions a new creation.

We experience God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who creates, redeems and guides, as expressed in the Apostles' and Nicene creeds.

Faith is received as a gift of God and our redemption is by God's grace alone, as expressed in the historic "Lutheran Confessions."

The Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion are an integral part of our worship and a driving power in our daily lives.

We embrace the Holy Bible (canonical Scriptures) as "the norm for the faith and life of the Church." The Bible reveals the Gospel and calls us to faith in Jesus Christ.

As part of the "priesthood of all believers," all members are called to be both disciples (learners/followers) and apostles (messengers/sharers) of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in our worship, learning, witness and service.

Concern for individual dignity, integrity, honesty, kindness, and mutual trust are essential to our ability to function as the Body of Christ, as a community of faith.
