Thanks to all the youth who came out and helped transport St. John’s residents to worship this past month. We’ve got some more wonderful fellowship opportunities coming up this month.

Faith Explorers

Our young people participate in and contribute to the life of Incarnate Word in important ways:

• Luther League for grades 7 through 12 usually meets the first and third Sundays of the month from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. See this web site's Calendar page for specific dates.
   
• Our youth serve as acolytes, crucifers, lectors, and nursery attendants.
   
• Retreats and trips are planned each year. District and synodical activities are also included.
  
  Classes are held during the school year but take a break during the summer months.

More About Faith Explorers

Faith Explorers has been designed to help students explore and strengthen their faith by studying biblical stories and the lives of prominent Christians such as Martin Luther and the Reformation, or more recently Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Civil Rights movement.

Lower elementary students continue to meet in their classes as they have in the past, but upper elementary students are divided into four classes.
